Insufficient funds on a confirmed account

Morning All, Having issues with anew account I setup. Confirmed account now it’s waiting to be used in my PP account. If I try to use the account the transaction goes through. But 4-5 days later I get an email saying there were insufficient funds available in the account. When there is enough funds to cover the transactions. Some help would be awesome.

Debit/credit card account?

Paypal balance account?
