Instant transfer withdraw is late

Made a transfer to my debit card, says its going to be in my account in max 30minutes, it has been 4 hours since then, all support avenues are unavailable even though its work time for them, how do I know that the money I use to live off of is actually going to my bank ?

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your transfer right away, @Aqris. If you do not receive the transfer after 14 days, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance filing a trace. You can reach Customer Support through the 'Contact' option at the bottom of any PayPal page as well as any of the options here.
