Instant transfer is not showing up. Is there a way to withdraw my funds immeadiately?

Hey, 

I'm a music producer from Hungary who makes money online. I seen that there is an option to withdraw funds instantly to bank account, but It's not showing up to me, I'm not sure why I'm not able to do it. I got a PayPal Business account. I even added Wise to see if I can send to that instantly, but Instant transfer is still not showing up. Are there any other payment apps that is available in Europe / Hungary and I can withdraw to that instantly?

For example I seen you can do it on Chime but apparently It isn't available in Europe. 

So my question is, what else can I try to be entitled to instant transfer or what payment / banking apps can help me with it if I connect it to PayPal?

I make a living off this so It's really important to have it on my bank account asap.

Firstly Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Secondly the options to withdraw funds vary from country to country. In a lot of countries you can use a confirmed bank account linked to your paypal account to withdraw funds free of charge. Also you may get the option to withdraw to a confirmed debit card using the faster option where you pay a fee.

When you click to withdraw/transfer funds it will show you the options available in your country.

Make sure you have a linked and confirmed bank account + debit card linked to your paypal account for all the options to show if available.
