Instant Transfer fees

A little confused on the new Instant Transfer fees to my bank account.  How much would my fee be to instantly transfer $3000 to my bank account?

1.50% of amount transferred (increased from 1%)

minimum fee 0.25

maximum fee $15.00

If withdrawing $3,000 at 1.50% = $45, if more than $15, the fee is $15, the maximum.
