Incorrect refund amount and negative PayPal balance

The company that I provided service for has asked for a refund because they incorrectly sent me the wrong amount of payment. They requested $220 refund but when it's my turn to pay, I also made a mistake by typing and paying only $200. I want to return back the additional $20 but I'm afraid it won't be recorded in the case made. My PayPal balance is still negative for the whole amount of $220 and it has been 8 days since the last reply of PayPal support to me. I am from Philippines by the way and the company that I provided service for is in South Korea. What should or can I do?
