I received an incoming transaction on January 7th. When I go to my account, it shows up as being 'completed' but I never received the funds.
Normally it will advise me that this money is available for transfer but for some reason it shows no funds available. Is this a fraud problem? How do I get this researched by PayPal?

I am sorry to hear that you haven't received the funds, even after receiving an email stating the funds were completed. Based on your description, it's possible the funds have been placed on hold.
