Incoming Wire Transfer: A wire transfer has been sent to my PayPal Cash personal acct & was processed and completed from the Non-PayPal related institution AKA 3rd party. But still hasn't shown up in my PayPal acct. Ammt is Under $800. Isn't it supposed to be instant? Considering the fees associated for sending instant wire transfers. Any help be super appreciated!
