Help answers indicate that to reactive an inactive payment select automatic payments, the select the payee, then tap Reactivate.
THERE IS NO REACTIVE BUTTON SHOWING !
And if I wan't to delete THERE IS NO DELETE BUTTON !

You can may them inactive if you don't want to keep paying them OR if you want to set up one that you have cancelled you would need to do so via the merchants site.
Advice is voluntary.

This doesn't work don't even know how set up a payment on the vendor site. Paypal is impossible to deal with and there is no real help anymore. Keep getting message they are unable contact during business hours but no list of business hours
