Transaction Fees Refunds
Hi, I bought a camcorder via PayPal.I paid everything ( 65,45 Euros ) including VAT ( 20 USD ) but I couldn't pick up the ticket because the Post Office asked me to pay VAT!!! Even I report problem ( Case ID PP-D-136698258 Order 05-07889-58443 Transact ID 4AR35839CR887245U ) and even eBay confirm that I have right and must contact PayPal closed definitive the case with amount in dispute :0,45 E !? What mean this ? The seller accepted the item return from Postal Office and I losed all my money because ,, there is no billing issue ! ,,So for Pay Pal is no problem double VAT !!
