Impossible to receive money

Hello, I'm having a problem where I can't receive a single transaction on my PayPal account, from people trying to pay to my webshop not being able to pay via PayPal. My card is connected and verified. My web shop is plannerland.co, and I am located in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
