I want to give the seller their money back.

Hello,

I requested a refund because my shipment was lost by the courier and one month after they delivered it to me.

I have both refund and shipment, now I want to pay the money back to the merchant but they told me to pay it by PayPal and never replied to my messaged after.

Now I would like to know how can I contact PayPal about this issue or re-pay. The main concern is to give them their money back.

If you have their paypal email address then just use the send money option?

OR ask them to send you a money request or invoice?
