I got a refund to my PayPal account but I payed for that product from a card I’m still using through PayPal. How can I request to get it to my card instead? Also PayPal is deducting around 7 dollars as a fee not sure for what?
If you paid with a card it automatically goes back to that card. So if it is showing in your balance it sounds as if the seller did not use the 'refund' option but used the 'send money > goods/services option' and that is why you would have paid a fee.
