I want to edit the tracking number and to complete the order since the service is done. But I cannot do it. The error appears when I try to edit the tracking number.

How can you have a tracking number if you provided a service and did not send an item?

Thanks for posting in the PayPal Community, and welcome, @vkirpichev85!

If I understand correctly, it sounds like you need to update your transaction's status to show that you've provided a service. Is that correct? If so, you can proceed through the same steps to add tracking but then select 'Service or virtual product' and finally 'Completed' as outlined here. After 48 hours from the date of the purchase, your buyer may also have the option to confirm delivery of the service in their PayPal account.
