Hi
I am a buyer and because of product's condition seller accepted full refund via facebook messenger (not on paypal)

Seller said will refund money after receiving product
How can I do?

Just 'send and wait' or 'case open and send'?

If I just send product and seller don't refund money, can I case open at that time?
