I tried to withdraw PayPal funds to my bank it declined however my money is gone ?

I tried to withdraw £70 to my bank it was declined but it’s not in my PayPal balance or my bank?

Allow a few days for it to bounce back to your balance and if no sign contact customer services for a trace?
