I tried to purchase on Etsy using Paypal but I got an error

I was trying to purchase on Etsy with PayPal but when I checked out I got me an error that says: 

Sorry, we can’t process this payment right now with the payment method you selected. Please choose or add a new way to pay in your PayPal account to complete this transaction.

now I tried to pay on other sites with PayPal and everything was ok, also I asked Etsy and they says to ask PayPal.

As per the information that you've shared, please note that each time you make a payment from your PayPal account it goes through a series of filters to determine how much potential risk may be involved, If the system deems a payment to be a potentially high risk, the system may limit the payment options or block the payment from going through all together. We really wouldn't be able to say what may have caused in this case. However, potential triggers include a variance in the login location and computer ID, or multiple unsuccessful payment attempts within the same day, mismatching your personal information between your bank and PayPal account. In this case, I would recommend you to try again at a later time by clearing cache and cookies or try using different browser or device to see if that works. If not, you may have to add a new payment method to make purchases.
