I transferred the deposit, haven't received the money

Hello ! Last month 11th October, i have transferred payment to my bank account, it has been month, haven't got anything yet. How can I cancel this transaction? Or what's the solution? Thanks for the help!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
