I transferred my Paypal to G-exchange INC.

I transferred my PayPal to G-exchange last March 2, 2024 but why is that the money wasn't in my Gcash account. Please let me know. Thank you in advance!

Same goes to me, I cash in using gcash, funds already got deducted on my paypal account and no update from paypal or gcash.
