I still haven't recived money to my debit card and it's been 10+ business days, what do I do?

I withdrew money from my PayPal account to my Visa debit card 10+ business days ago. It was 1,350 ALL and Paypal said it would take around 7 business days to arrive, what do I do?

Can  you withdraw funds to a debit visa, I thought it was only credit visas as per this information that applies to your country as well.

Thank you for the response, actually, it was my mistake and I just hadn't noticed the payment. Apparently, we can withdraw in debit cards.
