I sent some money to a friend in NZ as a surprise but I didn't know the account was closed. My friend can't get the money and it says transaction complete my end . Where is the money ? Anyone had similar problem ?
If its showing as complete then it has successfully transferred to the email address you sent it to that is linked to an open and active paypal account. If the account was closed the payment would show as unclaimed.
