I sent money to someone, the money was taken from my card but it didn't reach the person concerned. Tried to send me several payment requests, but the payment is not made. I tried to make the payment through that application and the card in the wallet no longer appears and forces me to add the card again. I added the card and tried to make the payment again but it won't let me, now an error appears and to try later, after countless attempts at different times it's exactly the same. on my card application I receive the following message: This payment has been reserved and will be debited as soon as the recipient definitively requests it. that's what I was talking about, he sends me payment requests, but I can't pay and paypal has already taken the money from my card.

Hello @valiimihai

Welcome to the PayPal Community!

I'm sorry to hear that your payment has not reached the recipient, even though it has been debited from your card. If the transaction shows 'Completed' on your PayPal account, that means it was successfully sent to the recipient. If they're not seeing the payment, I recommend double-checking the email where the payment was sent. The payment may not have reached the correct account if there was a typo in the email. You can learn more on our Help Center here. If there wasn't a typo, then the recipient may have a payment hold or could be providing you with false information that they haven't received it. If you purchased an item or service and they haven't provided it, you may be able to obtain a refund by filing a dispute

If you're having difficulty confirming the status of your payment, please do not hesitate to reach out to Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of our webpage. Customer Support can also be found by sending a private message on Twitter (X), Facebook, and Instagram.

I hope this helps!
