I sent money to someone in Mexico.
In theory the fees are 5.4% of the money sent + 0.30 fixed fee
When they received the money, even though I did maths to make sure I paid enough, they got less than supposed.
It was a $5 payment and I sent 5.61 to include a 5.4% discount making it 5.31 and then substract 0.30. In theory, they should have received 5.01 and they got 4.97 instead . I know it's just 3 cents, but what if it was a 50 or 500 USD payment? I need to know if there is a fee I am not aware of in these transactions, or so. To make it clear both the payment and the reception were in USD, no convertion
