I sent money to my sister, but she entered her bank information incorrectly.


I sent $200.00 to my sister via PayPal. She recently got a new bank and when entering her bank information, she put the last number of her new account incorrectly. She never received the money because of this and now PayPal is saying there is nothing they can do. I tried from side and they said there is no fraud alerts or anything they can do on my side. We are at a loss now of what we can do and regain that $200.00

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
