I sent money to a friend he said he didn't recieveit

It showed on my end that I sent him Money but it didn't show on his end

A real friend or a seller asking you to pay that way???

If its showing as SENT then it has successfully transferred to the email address you sent it to that is linked to an open paypal account.

If it was not it would show as pending/unclaimed.

So double check the email address that you sent the funds to and make sure there were no typos or spelling errors.

Secondly are you sure they are not a scammer pretending to have not received the funds knowing that if it was a friends/family payment there is little you can do to recover the funds?

Lastly could it be a currency issue or do they have a business account that can't accept friends/family payments?
