I sent money to a PayPal locked account

I sent money to a PayPal account that only after I knew it was a locked account. The beneficiary of the transfer never got it, but my account was debited. I would like to know if and when my money will be back to my account.

Which option did you select in paypal to send the funds?

How did you fund that paypal payment?
