I received money n they pend them n said that it ll be available by today 3 but It still in hold. .

I received a payment at 12 November and it's pending , PayPal said that it will be available by today 3 December but I still see that it's in hold.

May be up to a couple of days after the 21 days hold for the released payment to clear.
