a few days ago, some money was stolen from me and I deactivated the card so that no more would be stolen, then I made a report to recover the money from the visa card and paypal sent me a refund to the card but the card is deactivated and I haven't received the money for about 3/4 days

Hi @marianbox
Thanks for your post and welcome to PayPal community!
I'm sorry to know that your money was stolen. I understand the card has been deactivated and the refund has been returned to the card. If you paid with a credit/debit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, please contact the issuing bank, as the money will still be refunded to your credit card account.
I hope this information was helpful!
