I put my card in other two accounts I already deleted

Hi guys, I have a question. I had an account but one day when I tried to log in into it it didn't work so I made a new one I put my card in it but then I deleted it and I made a new one and now when I try to put my card in it it says that this card is already linked to another account. How can I fix that?

Did you remove the card before you closed the other account?

If not then only customer services can remove it for you.
