Hello
I was trying to buy an item from a seller and tried the transaction with 1€.
I payed it but only 0,64 € got through to the seller!
Can you explain this? I would not like to pay over 40% for transaction in Europe.
Thanks
Juuso

Paypal charges a % fee + fixed fee amount.
So as the fixed fee can be 0.30-0.40 euros then it makes the fee high on a very low amount.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
