I need help to Access A Request

I requested money from someone, and they said they sent it. I checked the email he sent it to and it was correct. For days the money has come to me and I need help accessing it. How do I access it? Or check its status? Or contact PayPal for help?

Are the funds showing in your paypal balance, even on hold they would show in your balance?

Did you get an email from paypal that states you were sent funds?
