I made a transfer, but it appears to be flagged as a purchase and the receiver needs to verify that they are a seller in order to receive the money. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue?
Did you send the funds as goods/services or friends/family? If you don't have friends/family in your country then it would have gone as per goods/services and the recipient subject to the new seller hold as per link.
