I'm trying to transfer funds out of my PayPal into my bank account

I'm just trying to transfer funds out, but it won't let me. It keep showing me this message without telling me what issue my account has.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Based on the error message you've received, it sounds like you might have an unresolved account issue that will need to be taken care of before you can withdraw.
