So first I've waited 4 days for my money to get off hold and now I go to do an "INSTANT TRANSFER" and I'll be damned your holding my money again? WHY this is by far the worst banking apps

Often does it on a first withdrawal for security reasons.

If its held then I believe paypal refund the 'instant' fee if the withdrawal is not instantly transferred.
