I'm a freelancer and I get paid through PayPal.

So, I write blogs and articles for my client, She recently paid me through an OnlineJobs.ph PayPal invoice, so there's no physical product.

I've delivered what she paid for online, and she sent payment but my funds are on hold and PayPal requires me to complete a list.

Complete 5 transactions: 4 Completed.

Receive 100$ as payment: 100$ Received.

Wait 60 days, I'm at 16 days right now.

I've tried setting the order to "Order Processed" But my client can't see the confirm receipt/reception anywhere, I don't know what's wrong.

Will I get my payment after 21 days or do I have to complete the entire list to get it?

And after fulfilling the requirements, Will I get my funds instantly?

If anyone could help me I'd appreciate it! Would make me feel much easier. I really need the money soon.

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. They can validate the tracking information online, so once it is delivered they can release the funds. IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale or no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.

However If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer or sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer or sender confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, funds may be released sooner ie 7 days after the buyer or sender verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed.
If not then sadly its 21 days.

The actual hold policy stops when you reach the criteria you posted in your above post.
