I haven’t received a depop payment

I sold an item on depop recently and I never received the payment to my PayPal. It’s not on hold either. I can’t understand where the payment has went to?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Have you checked the email address you supplied was correct without any spelling errors?

Are you sure the buyer has paid and you have not just got a fake paypal email?
