I registered while I was working in UAE. Currently I am working in Oman. Our Indian card is charged by Amazon while we receive sales proceeds in the similar account in India. My query is that can we add payoneer as recipient account in place of Indian account while our account is in the name of business?

I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion when sending money. Unfortunately, Payoneer banks and cards are normally not able to be used on PayPal. I would recommend trying another eligible funding source.

Yes, But I can ask my friend to create account in India to transfer to USA, in case my account does not work to transfer from India to USA.

Just get the recipient or seller to send you a money request or invoice for you to pay.
