I have the PP Mastercard and my autopay charged my bank twice for one payment.

One payment is a PAYPAL INST XFER and the other is a PAYPAL MC PAYMENT. How do I get me money back?

Hello @drpun,

 

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you see a double charge on your bank for one payment. Normally, I'd recommend opening a Billing Dispute for a double payment, but it sounds like this might be something for our Customer Support teams to investigate first. I'd recommend first calling the number on the back of your PP MasterCard, and if you're still having issues, following the prompts after you click "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
