I am happy to help you with your inquiry. For these countries, you have to link and confirm a US bank account or Visa credit card to receive and withdraw the payments. PayPal will transfer the money automatically from your available PayPal Balance to your linked US bank account or Visa credit card. You also have the option to manually transfer the funds from your balance to your linked card/bank account.
