I closed my account with a data Backup company prob 2 years ago. Earlier this month they withdrew £250.27 (via Paypal) for another 2 years of support. I emailed directly back and complained and they confirmed the account was closed and they would refund my money but it took 10 days to get the full amount back. Who do I complain to ? Paypal. My Bank...the Company in question didn't answer my emails.
However if that company charged you and you still had a subscription set up then of course paypal will pay it as per your instructions by having the subscription still in place.
Check if you had a subscription set up. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
