I got an email that I should confirm my email to get money even though my email was confirmed. I clicked on the button, confirmed/signed in again and it still shows my balance 0, so I didn't receive money. Is it ok? Does it regularly take few days to receive money from another paypal account?
But there might be some issues for new accounts, especially for receivings.
Try again anyway. And make sure your account is OK and confirmed. That you sent to PayPal team passport, statements or anything else they might asked you to corfirm and upgrade your account limits.
Settings (a wheel button next to Log Out) shows all your account info. And a notification bell.
Careful its not a scam with fake paypal emails, also if its genuine then which currency are you receiving and have you added that currency as a receiving currency to your paypal account?
Have you confirmed your email address and verified your account?
If you confirmed it after being paid then the transaction may have been cancelled by the buyer.
