I don't see confirm receipt even after the seller marked it as processed even after multiple days

I don't see confirm receipt, the guy at paypal says to try classic view if that doesn't work, but I don't see it. Any help is appreciated.

What classic view? Hehe. No such link to do that for the new user interface updates. Not all transaction will require or have the confirm receipt option.

That's what I think. The seller is probably nervous because he hasn't really used PayPal before but I read it should process anyways after 21 days (which should be today). idk it says money sent and they've marked it as processed or something but I still don't see it (tried on phone chrome and brave and computer chrome and brave) no luck.
