I don't see a payment history in the account. Neither in the app nor in the browser.

Hi, I sent an arranged donation to one person. The donate is set up on recurring payment, I wanted to cancel it after one month. But unfortunately, I can't see the history of payments made in my account in the app or in the browser, so I can't cancel the recurring payment according to the instructions on the PayPal website. Can someone please advise me how to cancel this subscription. My payment got charged for the second time in February and this payment didn't show up in the history either, so I can't send a ticket with the problem.

I see you're looking to cancel the recurring payment. if the transactions are not reflecting in your PayPal account, it’s likely that the recurring payment set up was was completed through the guest checkout. A guest checkout transaction happens when PayPal is used as the payment processor, however you may not have logged in to your account to perform the transaction. In such cases, you can contact the Support Team to get this canceled for you. Here's the article with the contact options to reach the team : How do I contact PayPal customer service?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Hello, unfortunately I don't see the option "manage pre-approved payments" in the payments option, I only have "automatic payments" and here I don't see any previously made payment, even if two have already taken place and no automatic payment set up.
