I didn't receive my money and it was more than 10 working days. It's unacceptable to treat your business accounts like that which will lead to losing our own money, because somethings system is stuck in your in your system.  And you are taking fee for your work which is not working. It's a robbery and it has to be solved as fast as possible, because I don't want to use your services anymore if it's going to rob or lose my money. AND you don't have any option to report that it was your problem with withdrawing money and I have already been at the bank and they said I need to ask your customer service, but you don't even have customer service numbers everywhere and I need to wait a lot of days or like minimum hours.

I have the same situation with my two transactions! For 3 weeks now, no change, no call and promises on the helpline and nothing.

I understand your recent transfers aren't showing in your bank, and I'm sorry to hear that. You can learn more about transfer timeframes on our Help Center here. However, since it has been a little while, I recommend reaching out to Customer Support to request that a trace be filed. 

I hope your transfers are located soon!
