I couldn't pay with PayPal anymore when I added a new bank account

Lately, I have moved to another bank account and I added that bank to my PayPal profile and it was confirmed as a payment method. The problem I am facing now is that I couldn't pay directly with PayPal. I bought some stuff before and it was working very well.

I am sorry to know that you are facing an issue while making the payment. We would like to inform you that if there is any limitation got placed on your account there might be a chance you will face issues while making the payment, we are suggesting you have a check on your resolution center if there is any active limitation, if yes you can click here and check how to resolve the account limitation.

If there is no limitation placed, there might be a technical glitch, In this case, you can clear the caches/cookies and try to make the payment after a few hours, so the blockage will get lifted and the process will go through.
