I could not get credited of my refund since 29th September 2021, shat should I do?

Hi!

I have cancelled a transaction and got the refund into my paypal account but my Visa Card is yet to be credited since 29the September, 2021.

what shall I do Now?

 Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
