I confirmed email But i did not get the money from someone

What should i do in this situation, my email adress of PayPal is confirmed, But i did not receive the money from someone

Then they could have money sent to a misspelled email address or you’re dealing with a scammer who don’t have plans to pay or didn’t really pay at all but sent a fake PayPal email saying they’ve paid, or, that they’ve paid but that you have to pay some money in order to receive money
