I used to have Visa and it works perfectly when I shop or pay somethign online. But i recently changed to an AMEX - did everything to link the card and set it as preferred but every time i try to make a transaction - i get the image below. Anyone know how to resolve this?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
