I cannot send money. i am using microsoft edge. i only started paypal a couple days ago. i have a bank card connected. i am sending to someone in the same country.
Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues sending money with PayPal. Have you tried the steps in this Help Center article yet: Why was my payment declined?
If you have and you're still unable to send money, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
