I cannot send money using my credit card, cannot connect

I cannot send money using my Card , i tried reaching out to The customer service but still cant get it fixed

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I am sorry to know that you are unable to send the money from your account using the card. The sending of money might have been blocked by our security system as it verifies every transaction to make sure that it is risk-free. I suggest you try sending the money using a different funding source. If that does not work, please wait for 72 hours to send the money again.
