I cannot send money from PayPal to my bank account, bank account is correctly linked.

I need to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account.

The bank account is correctly linked and the transactions already worked in the past (I sent 90 USD on 6th Oct, 45 USD on 11th Oct and 22 USD on 12th Oct). 

It seems like PayPal wants to protect my account from exploitation or something like that.

It does not allow me to send even 20 USD now. The message says: "At this moment, you are not allowed to send this payment. Please, enter lower value."

How can I resolve that?
My account is protected by 2-step verification (SMS to my mobile phone + regular password). So I am clearly not a robot.

I use Google Chrome browser.

We are unable to check any account specific information here, I suggest you to clear your browser cache, cookies and then follow these steps to transfer funds to your bank account. 

 If it doesn't work, then I suggest you to contact our PayPal customer support directly.
